Biology, Husbandry, and Medicine of the Green Iguana
J Herpe Med Surg 13[3]:32 Fall'03 Book Review 0 Refs

Edited by Elliott R. Jacobson, DVM, PhD, DACZM
Krieger Publishing Company, Malabar, FL [2003]

"...Not only is the information throughout this book presented in an excellent easy to read manner, but it is thorough enough for the reader to actually perform tasks after reading the sections. The references at the end of each chapter are extensive. The book also contains and excellent index. This book is a "must have" as a reference. It not only contains a comprehensive overview of what has been learned about iguanas in the last 20 years, but it contains up to date information on all aspects of iguana medicine in one source. ... Although this book was written about the green iguana, much of its information is applicable to reptiles across the board and it has value as a good solid reference book for reptile medicine, especially with regards to lizard species.
