Cryptosporidium serpentis is a common coccidian parasite of reptiles. It has the potential to cause severe disease in infected reptiles and can be difficult to diagnose. The name cryptosporidium refers to hidden sporocysts. Finding an effective treatment has remained elusive. The following panel was composed to provide current information.
